Meet Tomatina's Executive Chef Rogelio Jacinto. He is making a Turkey Piadine. Piadine is a warm-from-the-oven flatbread topped with cool salads - fold & eat like a sandwich! This one features roasted turkey breast, cilantro aioli, mixed greens, red onion, feta and parmesan cheeses and red wine vinaigrette.
