Event Guidelines
Our primary purpose is to list visitor friendly events held in Tri-Valley (Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon and Danville) only. These events include, but are not limited to: festivals, food and wine events, public sporting events, concerts, theatre, dance, cultural facilities with ongoing programs, such as museums and art galleries etc. Events must be open to the public and of interest to potential visitors. Currently we are unable to list business meetings, classes, educational workshops, most fundraisers, pet adoptions, political rallies, religious meetings and membership events. Events outside Tri-Valley will be considered on a case by case basis.
Please read carefully before submitting your event.
- Search the calendar to confirm that your event is not already listed.
- Fill out all fields completely, events without locations will not be published.
- Double check your submission for spelling and grammar.
- Do not repeat location, website, ticket information etc. in the description. This information will be automatically added from the fields in the form.
- All events will be approved or denied by CVB staff within in 48 hours. We reserve the right to not post events that we deem inappropriate.

Please note: Your event will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click "Submit Event" at the bottom of the form. It will first go through an approval process to make sure that it contains all the information needed to be added. You will be notified if your event can not be approved.
